Industrial painting is intended for a wide variety of activity sectors such as industrial boilermaking, construction and handling equipment, modular construction, agricultural machinery, industrial bodywork, street furniture, floor paints and resins, etc.
This activity is done in several
steps :
1st step : surface preparation by sandblasting which consists of cleaning using an abrasive sprayed at high speed using compressed air on the surface to be stripped.
This operation removes all dirt to allow the treated support to be brought to level and thus obtain better adhesion.
Step 2 : Apply the first anti-rust coat to protect metal surfaces from the effects of humidity.
It is a protection against rust, it is not a curative product but a preventive and protective one.
They must be applied according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
3rd step : application of the final coat (tint).
